Membership Classifications

Builder Members- A member in good standing with the Association. Must have a valid General Contractors License issued by the North Carolina General Licensing Board of General Contractors. All types of construction are included; Commercial, Residential, Custom and Spec. 

Associate Members- A member in good standing with the Association. This membership is inclusive of any professional who does business within the construction industry and does not hold a General Contractors License. Example: Real Estate Agent, Financial Advisor, Flooring Store, etc.

Affiliate Member- A member in good standing with the Association. This membership may only be acquired if a professional from their company previously joined under one of the aforementioned classifications and is in good standing. This membership has the same benefits and recognition as a Builder or Associate.
